At Bliss Permanent Cosmetics we customize your eyebrows to suit your needs and wants. Shape, colour and pattern are all discussed and designed according to your preferences and to best fit your skin tone and hair colour.

Book a complimentary consultation prior to booking the procedure to discuss your preferences and to help you feel more comfortable about the permanent makeup process. Consultations are not mandatory as we always leave time before the procedure for a “mini consult”.

Eyebrow hairstrokes are created with the microblading technique which mimics the look of natural hair throughout the brow. This creates a very natural looking, defined brow. Other names for microblading technique are 3D brows, feather stroke brows, micro-stroking and more. .

Pigment is implanted under the skin with a manual hand tool that creates hyper realistic hair-like strokes for the illusion of natural, fuller brows. The size and thickness of the microblading tool will determine the size and thickness of the hair stroke.

This microbladed eyebrow technique is ideal for clients with normal to dry skin. For those with oily skin, microblading will have a powder look and those with dry skin will have more of a defined look.

If there are any issues with colour retention we can switch to another technique at the touch up appointment, which occurs 6 weeks after the initial procedure.

Microbladed brows are perfect if you don’t normally fill in your brows but you are looking for a fuller, natural look. If you typically fill in your brows, have oily skin and like more of a makeup look, we would recommend going with a Combo Brow.

There are a few different ways we can create combo brows from a natural look to a more bold appearance! Combo brows use both techniques of microblading and machine shading to create a more defined brow. In some cases, combo brows can actually appear more natural then microblading alone.  Another name for combo brows are hybrid brows.

Combo Eyebrows are hair stroke or microbladed brows with machine shading for a natural makeup look.

This technique is great for those with oily skin, little to no brow hair or those who simply want to add definition to their eyebrows.

Combo Brows are perfect for all skin types for a multidimensional look – we can create natural looking brows or more of a dramatic, powdery look.
